We hope you'll be 100% happy with your fabulous new eyewear!
All eyewear is shipped with a hard case & a cleaning cloth. If you have any questions regarding the fit, glazing & after care of our frames, please email us.
The shipping is via courier (ROYAL MAIL, UPS & DPD). A signature is required. Prices include VAT. Once we receive your order, you'll receive a personal email from us confirming all the details.
For your personal security, we are only able to ship to your billing address. If you have any queries regarding delivery don't hesitate to email us.
We will only accept returns on optical frames that are unworn & returned to us in perfect condition, within 5 days of delivery. (We do not accept returns on sunglasses.)
Once we are satisfied that this is the case, a refund will be given, there will be a £35 handling fee. So please make sure you LOVE these frames before you buy them.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom.
